How long does it take?+
Most washes take around 40 minutes, depending on the size of your car and whether you add an interior clean.
Do I need to be home?+
It helps if you are, but you don't have to be. As long as the car is safely accessible and you leave clear instructions, we can get on with the wash while you're out.
What happens if it rains?+
Light rain is usually fine — our two-stage process still delivers a great finish. If the weather is severe, we'll get in touch to reschedule at no cost.
How much water do you use?+
Significantly less than a traditional car wash. Our two-stage low-water process is designed to keep water use to a minimum without compromising the finish.
How does the two-stage cleaning process work?+
Step 1: we apply a biodegradable, phosphate-free foam to safely lift dirt and loosen contamination. Step 2: we finish with a premium wash-and-wax product that safely removes remaining dirt and leaves a protective shine.
Is it safe for modern paint finishes?+
Yes. Our products and method are chosen to be gentle on modern paint and clear coats, using clean microfibre cloths to reduce the risk of marring.
Can I add an interior clean?+
Yes — you can add an interior clean (light vacuum and wipe-down) for an extra £5 when you book.
How do I pay?+
Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking. No cash, no fuss.
